Communications Down In Saudi/Riyadh??? Please Help

Hi all,

My husband is on a business trip to Riyadh and we haven't received a text, call, email, or BBM all day. Very unlike him. We can't seem to send BBMs or make calls there either. Anything going on with the communications systems just now? Any ideas?
