CAUTION! Do not deal with IRANIANVISA.COM

Me and my husband had a very unfortunate experience with IRANIANVISA.COM. The woman corresponding told us that there is no problem, that we can pick up our visa at Erzurum in Turkey. But when we requested by email we urgently need the reference number, there was no reply for 5 days, and there was no number listed to call them (the page for contact was not found, well what do you know!).

When she replied, she said there has been a complication, that we need to contact the MFA (the ministery of Iran), that it is out of their hands. So, suddenly, there was a big problem. She refused to take responsibility for braking the word she had given, that everything is fine. We could not pick up our visas, we paid for the service, and there we were, stuck.

One month later, when we came back home, they send us an email stating that our reference number was approved and we can go to Iran. Well, a bit too late, as we were back home in Slovenia and bought our ticket to India. And they said they deal with big companies, and that we are causing trouble by claiming for our money back. For somebody dealing with big companies, they sure make a big deal out of your request for reclamation of 80 EUR. Word after word, what comes out of their mouth is litter.

We have been dealing with this since 16th JULY 2013. Till this day, they do not take responsibility for their terrible service, and we have not seen our 80 EUR spent on nothing but frustration and disappointment.

Our ADVICE: Do not deal with Iranianvisa.com, because they just might swingle you too!

This is a great cheat company with no scruples. Do not fall for their sweet talk or false promises. The reality is that they will exhort money the moment you fill their application form. Their past record is dismal and at times there is no response in 6 months. Very cleverly they quote their terms and conditions to rob you. They do not take responsibility for getting the code no. and will say later that it is beyond their authority. But, they will CHARGE you, something other tour operators do not do. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!
