Cape Town weather dependent activities

Jump to last reply

We will be visiting Cape Town for 5 nights at the end of June. Many of the activities we want to do say they are weather dependent, but also need to be booked in advance (Table Mountain cable car, Robben Island ferry, shark cage diving trip). Can anyone tell me the likelihood of those activities having to be rescheduled due to weather? We have a lot of things we want to do in our time there (and one day already set aside to do a Cape Point day trip), and I'm not sure how much flexibility we need in our schedule. For example, if we really want to arrange a township tour combined with a visit to Robben Island, but it is likely that the weather could be a problem and need to be rescheduled - then we would want to leave a day open later in the trip that the trip could be moved to if need be.
