(ao – accommodation only; bb - bed & breakfast; dbb – half board; fb – full board; fba – full board & activities - usually two a day. No drinks are included anywhere, unless specifically noted below.)
Please be aware that the schedules for the light aircraft flight transfers between camps are only set the day before you take each flight. You will therefore be informed of the exact time of departure the evening before. The flights are usually arranged so that you can take advantage of the morning and evening activities at each lodge.
At the moment we’re not holding any of this accommodation, as we realise that you might like to discuss it with us and make further amendments. As soon as we’ve finalised and agreed an itinerary with which you’re happy, we can begin the booking process.
• A Group W vehicle (Nissan twin-cab 4WD/Toyota Hi-Lux 4WD, or similar, with air-con, radio/CD and power steering) to be delivered to you at Muchenje Safari Lodge on the 27th September and dropped off at Windhoek Airport when you depart on the 8th October.
• Economy flights, as above, plus UK, South African and Namibian airport departure taxes.
• All transfers as mentioned in the itinerary.
• Most drinks are included at Mapula, Lebala Camp and Muchenje Safari Lodge with the exception of premium brands such as expensive whiskies or French champagne.
• A comprehensive pack of maps and information covering the places that you’ll be visiting.

It excludes:
• Park entrance fees of N$80 (about £6.50) per person per day and N$10 (about £1.60) per vehicle for visits to Etosha, Namib Naukluft Park, Skeleton Coast Park, Fish River Canyon and Waterberg Plateau Park (unless on an organised prepaid trip arranged by a lodge).
• Park Entrance Fees for Mudumu National Park are payable by guests in cash to Lianshulu Lodge upon arrival, park entrance fees are per person per day - adult N$40 (about £3). Vehicle Park entrance fees are a one off payment only, not per day – N$10 (about 80p) per vehicle.
• Cross boarder vehicle permit to enter Namibia from Botswana which costs approximately N$160 (about £12).
• Any rises in the park fees above the levels noted above. (Regrettably, if the park authorities or local authorities increase the levels of these fees, then we must pass the increase onto you.)
• A claim Handling Fee of N$450 (about £34) will be charged by the car hire company in the case of theft or damage to the vehicle. This would also apply to any tyre damage caused by punctures. This will be added to the cost of any damage which you can then include in any claim.
• Not included in this cost is a one-way / cross border collection fee to begin your car hire from Muchenje Lodge. The amount is N$3 500 (approx. £280), which is made up of a one way fee of N$2 500 and a drop-off fee of N$1 000 which can’t be paid in advance, and you must pay locally.

The cost for this would be around £5,900 each.
