Hello all -
I've managed to get some photos of our trip at this site:

They aren't really edited - but "A Close Encounter" is pretty entertaining. I shot it with my point and shoot Nikon.
Am trying to edit the trip report - I write like I talk (a lot)I've got it down to 4000 words but that's only about the five days at Xigera.

Hi VeeR write away! Our 20 day trip report was 12,512 words (165 paragraphs)! And people still read it - and nice feedback too. Us hard core safarists would love to read your report
Nice sunset shots in Xigera - the displaying hippos is a great photo. Your Close Encounter video was interesting, isn't it amazing how close the eles get when habituated to vehicles?
Look forward to reading your report. cheers
Jude
The elephant was definitely saying hello in your close encounter video. Beautful colors in the Xigera sunset shots.
Write as much as you want. Detailed reports are good sources for people scouting out the areas you've gone. I was riveted to the first 12,510 words of Thembi's report and only started dozing at the last 2.
Thanks for the encouragement I'll shall start posting tonight. I thought I was the only one who gobbled up trip reports like candy.
I am loving your reports. We are going to Chobe in Nov. How did you keep so still when an elephant is almost breathing on your?
