Which hotel in Sharm El Sheich has the best location for two Seniors, one of which likes snorkling - both like quietness but also a bit of pottering around shops. And is the water in November still warm enough to snorkle without a wetsuit, i.e. 25 Celsius or higher?

I've stayed in Sonesta Sharm and it was cool.
almost all hotels in Naama Bay area are very very good as Naama Bay is the heart of Sharm El-Shiekh
I like Ibrotel hotel too.
hope that helps
