August 2017 Travel to Kenya/Tanzania

Jump to last reply

I am trying to come to Kenya and Tanzania in August. I have way to many questions like if I stay on the Kenyan Coast what types of activities do they have to do? I'm one of those people that like to ATV ride, zip line, canyoning (rappelling) and water rafting. So I'm not sure if there is anything like that in Kenya, where is it. I do want to do a safari that is a sure thing...but what other fun things are there to do.
One more thing I was looking for hotels that had like supermarkets around it. I don't want to rent a vehicle unless I literally have to...any suggestions?
As far as Tanzania, I do want to visit the Serengeti and Zanzibar Island if possible or Mount Kilimanjaro....maybe if I had a tour guide to be with me the whole time and/or a driver who is a tour guide that would be awesome. Not sure...so I'm just throwing some ideas out there...I know I saw college students in Malaysia being tour guides for hire...but if you give me some ideals that would be awesome
