Arabic language audio course

i want to learn the key phrases for my trip to Egypt and have downloaded two different Arabic language audio courses -- in flight Arabic and Arabic PDQ course. Right off the bat each tape uses a different word for hello. I do not want to offend while I am there. Can anyone recommend a great course that is current and universal and would be the best to work with. We leave in late February early March on this unexpected trip so I am hoping for something quick. My thanks
