The Pia Manzi Game Ranch has been for sale for a long time. The adjoining property to the south, Mbizii Game Ranch, is owned by Microsoft.

Very good!
I now here it was probably sold last year, and just to make a small correction the farm next door is owned by a guy that used to work for Microsoft, not the company.
