Another itinerary Namibia-Bostwana, any comments?

I have posted another itinerary before, and got some good feedback, so i changed a little bit. Instead of going back via Caprivi we are driving through Botswana.

We are still a couple with 2 kids aged 2(almost 3) and 7

We will rent a 4x4 with roof tents and of course drive ourselves.

I know I posted this before, but any places with solar-heated pools? Just a couple days with swimming would be nice, especially for the kids:)

Just a little info. Yesterday I bought our air-ticket, so we will arrive on june 27 and will fly out august 1.
