Air Maroc carry-ons

Can anyone tell me their experiences with carry-ons with Air Maroc?

I had a great time last night first trying to understand the English version on their website, then reading the French version and trying to translate it for a friend... and then following their links that go round and round till finally they tell you to call... but what I really want to know anyway is how it is "boots on the ground". I'm trying to decide whether to try to pack in a carry on -- will check it anyway for to Europe leg, but would rather be able to carry it on for my Morocco short hop... I'm looking at a 22"...

sorry for so many questions, but I only decided to take this trip a few weeks ago so am a bit overwhelmed (but hey, I am meanwhile helping others in the US and Europe forums lol)
