air conditioned riads in Marrakech

Do any of you have a riad to recommend in Marrakech that has aircondioning in the bedrooms and not only in the public rooms. We are going mid June. Price? miderate, that is under $150 US. Suggestions for similiar riads in Fez would be appreciated too.
