Accommodations in Hasroun, Qadisha Valley

Hi. Can anyone recommend a guesthouse, pension or bed & breakfast in Hasroun? I am aware that there are a few hotels (such as Palace hotel, Saint Philippe hotel and Green hotel) but we prefer to stay at guesthouses, pensions and B&Bs whenever possible.

We've already tried booking a place there with l'Hote Libanais but had a pretty bad experience with them. Last week I requested to book a room in Hasroun which heir website advertised as being available for my requested dates. They replied (slowly) that I had made an excellent choice and that I should send my credit card info to confirm the booking, which I then did. Then silence for 7 DAYS. I followed up with three emails and tried calling them for three days straight but was never able to get through. Then finally today they sent me an email telling me that the room that I had requested isn't available after all. And in the same breath they suggested that I book with them in Byblos instead. I was pretty blown away. Why would they request my credit card info and then sit on it for seven days if the room wasn't available anyway? Were they TRYING to lose my business?

So that was my rant about my disappointment with L'Hote Libanais. Moving right along, my main concern now is to find a nice place to stay in Hasroun in late December. I welcome any suggestions you wish to offer.
