A Video for Kaye
Kaye, I filmed this at MalaMala in 96. Listen to my ranger.

Nice video.
Do you remember who the ranger was? It sounded like Chris Daphne, but I couldn't be sure.
I see you have the same issues with the photographers cutting across you, don't you love that

Hi Mark
It is hard at times for me to hear what the ranger is saying, but if it is regarding lights not on either prey or predator and keeping a reasonable distance, and being aware of what is about, I am not surprised. I am a huge fan of MalaMala, so that is really where I have been shown what is ethical for it to be fair for both sides.
Are you Mark from Taga as I notice that the video is a Taga copyright?
Kind regards,
Kaye

Yes, you are quite correct, it is Chris Daphne.
As for the other folks in the vehicle it does become annoying especially when I am trying to film.

I know you are a fan of Mala Mala hence the video for you. Trust me, whenever we are out filming we stick to ethics no matter what.

Hi Mark,
I am so pleased to hear that, I certainly have been in vehicles where little effort seemed to have been made for the safety of the animals or that they cannot afford to miss a meal due to us stuffing it up!
Kind regards,
Kaye
