6 Days - Off to Tanzania
Hi Everyone - just wanted to say how much I've appreciated this forum over the past several months as a friend and I planned our first trip to Africa. All of your insights have been much appreciated and I'm sure will add to our enjoyment. And I've learned a lot about packing and what to (not) bring! I look forward to writing a trip report when we return.

Hi Elizabeth - we're doing a pretty typical (but NOT BORING!!!) northern Tanzania route:
Fly into JRO
2 nights at Rivertrees in Arusha
Visit Arusha NP
On to Gibb's Farm for 2 nights
Visit Lake Mayanara and have some relaxation and activities at Gibb's.
2 nights at Lemala Camp
Ngorongoro Crater
3 nights at Dunia Camp (this is a new and small camp)
Serengeti game drives and maybe a balloon ride
FLy back to JRO
Kia Lodge day room, then off to JRO for the long trip home.
We are going with Kiliwarriors and I expect the trip to be great! Thanks for asking

Woops!! I omitted that we are also 3 nights at Mbalageti Tented Camp - game drives and possible balloon ride. We'll be 12 nights total in Tanzania and 2 LONG travel days on either side.
