Aloha Everyone!
This is my first time traveling in Morocco and will be spending 3 nights there in late October. I would like to do two days trips one to Casablanca and the other either to Fez or Marrakesh. Any advice on which one would be worth seeing? Im traveling with my mom who an active 62 year old and my uncle.
3 Nights in Rabat with options of day trips

Travel in Morocco is slow and liable to interruptions. You don't say where you are ariving/leaving from, or where you will be based whilst taking these 'side trips', but it currently sounds too much, too quick.
Happy to make some suggestions if you answer the points above (entry/exit/base).
Hello Aida
I'm going to Morocco soon, I have hired a driver and car to take me around, I'm visiting both Marrakesh and Casablanca.
I heard Fes is authentic, so there must be lot of things to see, and distance is not that long from Rabat.
