10 Days in the Canary Islands?

We are looking to spend about 10 days in the Canary Islands. Probably arrive in Tenerife and leave from Las Palmas. Would like to travel between islands by ferry. Would like to do some hiking. Would appreciate suggestions of things to see and do. Anyone know a US or other English speaking travel agent with Canary Islands experience?

Thanks

David, did you get the info you needed? I can help you with info on Lanzarote and Fuerteventura if you are still looking.

I would love some help? I want to spend two weeks in the Canaries with my husband and two grown kids(ages 26 and 29)during the Christmas holidays this year. I am not interested in the usual drunken/resort packaged holiday tours.I am looking to fly into one city/one island from the UK and back from another city to the UK.
Our family is from the states but my kids live and work in the UK.I am trying to find some places in the Canaries that offer beachcombing with natural history;cultural things to see or do/food and the ability to enjoy each other. Any suggestions?
